Track workout on Sat 17th December

The annual "Four Quarters" workout at the usual "undisclosed location" is scheduled for 11am on SATURDAY 17th December.
In the event of foul weather or other events beyond our control, we will probably reschedule to Sunday 1/8/12. Any such updates will be posted here.
Bring your wife or girlfriend.
