3/27 Track workout

Track workouts start promptly at 6:30 PM on Tuesday at Morristown High School.

Track workout:
1x1,600, 4x800, 2x400 Rest 400 after everything. As usual, you should try and get faster throughout the workout. Treat the 400’s as if it is a end of a race. Picture yourself passing people on the way to the Finish line.
Don’t forget you need to do a proper warm up and cool down so please arrive early.

Marathoners (TBD at the track)

The hills are still available for those who want to continue to run them.

If you can run Indian Trails 15k this weekend and haven't registered, please let me know so we can get you registered and on the team for Sunday.

There is ONLY a varsity Lacross game scheduled at the high school, so it should be done well before 6:30 PM.
