Giralda Farms 10K Race this Sunday Nov 9

Hi there,
The Rose City Runners club is hosting the 24th Annual Giralda Farms Run
this Sunday November 9.

RCR can use all the volunteers they can get for this USATF-NJ Masters Championship race.

If you are not running, and can spare time to volunteer, your efforts would be greatly appreciated.

RCR is hosting the Giralda Farms USATF-NJ Masters Championship Race. For the first time our 5K race has been certified. Runners competing for the top NJ rankings can also get points for this race. There are Open, Corporate, and Parent/Child Team Divisions. All team categories are age and sex adjusted. There is a ? mile fun run as well.

We need you and any friends you can recruit to be race volunteers! All volunteers get a race T-shirt and are invited to a post-race party,

Location: Clubhouse of Briarwood-Coachlight Condominiums, Chatham Township (directions available upon request).

Giralda Farms Run Schedule

8:00am Arrival of Volunteers for ?Test? Run of Course
9:00am Arrival of all volunteers for parking/course marshals, etc.
9:30am Beginning of arrival of participants
10:00am Madison Police arrive to direct traffic at entrance
11:15am Fun Run Starts
12:00 10K and 5K Start
1:15pm Last finisher of 10K: start of Awards Ceremony
1:30pm Cleanup and breakdown of set up by RC2 volunteers
2:00pm All participants/volunteers off Giralda Farms.
2:01pm Post race party at Briarwood-Coachlight Clubhouse

That's funny. One would think with the influx of all those new members due to the newly formed RC racing team, that this wouldn't be an issue.
